Jamuna Oil Company Limited engages in the marketing of refined petroleum oil, lubricants, gas, and bitumen in Bangladesh. The company offers preserving and marketing fuel products, such as petrol, octane, kerosene, diesel, furnace oil, jute batching oil MTT, bitumen, and LPG; greases; and lube oil under the Jamuna brand. It markets through filling stations, distributor points, packed point dealers, and LPG dealers. The company was formerly known as Bangladesh National Oils Limited and changed its name to Jamuna Oil Company Limited in 1973. Jamuna Oil Company Limited was founded in 1964 and is headquartered in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Jamuna Oil Company Limited operates as a subsidiary of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation.
